Emma was fantastic at helping us pick out a car that fitted our budget. I normally hate visiting places like this, as I hate being pushed into something I don't want or need, but Emma didn't once push me. Instead she gave me lots of options, and let me make the decision. There was a few hiccups with the finance, and it took what felt like a lifetime to get finance sorted and get behind the wheel. But communication was clear, and I felt as though I was being really well looked after the whole time by Emma, who was so quick at responding to my pestering emails. The whole team were great at fitting to my work schedule as well. I really appreciate it, and I'm now a very happy lady.

Great experience trading in my car - well looked after by Emily, the process was quick and I thought the valuation was quite fair too.

Very poor service and standards, especially from a dealership of this size and scale. Issues from the day I picked the car up and still experiencing issues with very little help from dealership. Recently purchased another vehicle from another large well known dealership and the service provided has been excellent. I dont think Ill use Peter Vardy ever again.
