        Extremely unhappy with the service received from Arnold Clark. My vehicle has gone in 3 times for the same problem. Contacting the branch and reaching a service anent is merely impossible and they just do not communicate and don't keep to their agreed times. If I can I will avoid ever buying a vehicle from Arnold Clark again.

        Magic, I was only there for a battery for my remote but after being more or less chased from about four other, well known, garages in a ten mile radius,the girl at reception passed it through to the workshop.Ten minutes later "excuse me, your key" ah great, how much do I owe you.? Nothing.!! When you consider that my Audi key has to be re-coded this was amazing.Thank you so much, I'll be back for any other work (paid) for my car.
