Really really good vegan options. It's messy, so grab a napkin or 4!

I'm a fan of Bross Bagels so a three star review might seem harsh, but this location is almost impossible to make work. Bross Bagels makes their awkward corner of Leith Arches into a success and there's no doubting the food. The problem is the mess. Essentially, this is an outside venue served by a bagel truck. There are some beaten up wooden tables and chairs in the walked corner of the courtyard, under a canopy. It's also a litter trap. If you're lucky enough to get a seat (a challenge since the tasty food stteactsy people) and want to eat in then you'll eat it at a messy table. There will be more litter at your feet. It's hard to get to, it collects in the wind, it gather more quickly than the staff can clean. The bins will be overflowing. You might have to sit next to the overflow pile. There may well be a dog dish down. A nice thought but watch your pooch. There's almost always soggy paper stuck in the bowl. It's kinda an awkward wait for your bagel. On that note, expect a wait. I like how it's fresh but you never know how many Deliveroo orders are in after of you. Look, it's still a Bross Bagels and that means friendly staff, winning food and a great vibe. If you need a Bross Bagel and are nearby, then come. If you want to try Bross Bagel then I think you'll just a better, more accurate, picture by trying one of their other venues.
