Burgers & Borsch Popped in to the Square on our way to the whiskey tasting experience. We were pleasantly surprised with a cozy interior, but the star of the show was definitely the burgers & borsch combo! We ordered angus beef burgers and freshly cooked borsch (which is based on Ukrainian family recipe). The presentation and taste made it fully worth the money, and made exploring Edi even more enjoyable. Highly recommend

Food was good, staff was attentive but we had to wait an extremely long time to get our food (part of which had to be sent back because it didnt come out as requested). The issue you have is that you dont have enough people in the kitchen if all your tables become full. One of the persons at the bar need to be able to shift to kitchen when the restaurant is at full capacity otherwise you get a mess at the kitchen with orders going to wrong tables etc. For anybody thinking of eating here - if empty go in because food is good - if more than 1 table is occupied dont because not enough capacity.
