I have been using Professional VA for a few months. We are a fledgling business, and I desperately needed some assistance with all things admin and keeping things in order. My Virtual Assistant, Jade is an absolutely saviour to my business. From the onset, Jade was instrumental in getting things organised and provides a consistently high quality of service, allowing me to focus on what I do best. I cannot recommend Tracy and her team highly enough, they provided a cost effective professional service, and they are good fun to work with too.

Having a virtual PA is a game changer. I am saving huge amounts of time by letting my PA do a lot of the admin tasks that I was previously doing. I now have more time for sales, marketing and to spend with the kids!! Our PA helps us with marketing campaigns, events, inbox management and is more than comfortable speaking with clients.
