        Excellent bus service, thank you

        Service has always been excellent, and I have used an Ember bus many times; however, I was refused the bus Friday night as to being drunk. I was not out of order, falling about or spewing, so for a young female with autism left in the middle of Dundee at night with no money or friends or family that live near and drunk, is quite frankly disgusting.

        Just off the 17.40 bus from Edinburgh to Dundee. Bus driver was great despite adversity. Bus running late, toilet blocked and a passenger who had to be ejected. The driver kept calm, kept us informed and apologised even though nothing was his fault. Thankyou Ember, for a great service

        Amazing service! Great website and booking process. Helpful staff. Fast WIFI. Allow bikes to be brought onboard. Electric! Looking forward to more routes being opened up.
