        Generally, I've had very pleasant transactions and usually find the staff more than helpful. But today was the first bad experience I've received. There are still current restrictions in place due to Covid 19 - and the branch don't allow for more than 3 member of the public in at anyone time. I had looked through the door as I approached and only saw 2 people in the queue for the teller - so I entered. Only to be approached by this trumped up young man who promptly asked me to leave as there was already 3 people in the branch (I hadn't spotted an elderly lady sitting way to the left hand side). So I left - however, I observed that the man in the queue in front of me was wearing his face mask around his chin - maybe if he was such a stickler for the rules he should have shown some consistency in enforcing them! Didn't get his name - but clearly he needs to work on his interpersonal skills. Thankfully, the cashier redeemed the experience somewhat as she was very pleasant and courteous - her colleague could definitely take a leaf out of her book - and she is the only reason this is a 3 star review and not a 1 star review.
