Its starting to get worse and worse as they never have the same staff on. No ice doesnt mean a hot drink it just means no ice in the cup. They are hardly in stock of anything anymore. Its just not an enjoyable experience. They no longer seal the cups too. Mehhhh get better not everyone can drink milky teas
