Pretty Woman

I had a truly amazing experience from start to finish. It was my first bridal appointment and nothing else compared. I knew instantly I would be back to get my dress from Pretty Woman. Lynn and Alex are so lovely and welcoming and their knowledge is unmatched. From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at ease and they made my guests feel part of the process too. They were extremely patient and genuinely interested in helping me find my dream dress. At my first appointment, they encouraged me to try on as many dresses and styles as I liked. This was unlike any other bridal experience that I had. I never felt rushed or pressured to pick a dress. The shop is beautiful and has so much natural light. It really adds to the experience. Thank you Lynn & Alex for making my experience so memorable and helping me find my dream dress. You really are the best!!

Beautiful dresses, a lot of alternative options from elsewhere offered for what I was looking for, but felt totally rushed. My first bridal appointment ever and we were in less than 30 minutes. Felt like they didnt want us there. I said when I booked what I was looking for and they went ahead with it, then I got there and got told I couldnt get anything apart from a prom dress, then told me the one I liked didnt come the way I wanted after saying they all did. Then when I said I was open to traditional as it was my first ever time shopping, I got chucked in two dresses and that was it. Barley had time to even absorb it or be emotional. Totally not what we expected at all. Left me, mum and my MOH disappointed.
