Gwenne Edinburgh

I highly recommend Gwenne, they have a wide range of dresses to choose from and I found my perfect dress and beautiful accessories here. I was let down by another shop just as I was due to pick up my dress and despite it being a little tight on time to order a dress Gwenne came to my rescue and I found an even better dress here. The best thing about this shop though, is the customer service, it was exceptional from the very first contact right through to the aftercare at the end. I cannot say enough good things about Gwenne.

What can I say? A totally personal experience from start to finish. A wonderful consultation to find out the styles I liked and put me at ease; followed by endless patience in store. A massive help with alterations resulting in the dress of my dreams. Excellent communication and attention to detail. Gwenne and her team were brilliant and I couldnt recommend them more highly. From the moment I first met Gwenne I knew I was in safe hands. I had lots of other bridal shops booked in to try on wedding dresses but Gwennes was the first on my list and as soon as I arrived I knew I wouldnt need or want to go anywhere else. Gwenne is so patient and kind and really took her time to find the right style of dress that suited my body, personality and wedding vibe! My whole experience of finding my wedding dress was amazing. The service, communication and helpfulness of everyone involved made me feel special and like I was the only person they where helping... Clearly not the case when you see how busy they are but I never felt like just another customer. Will be recommending to anyone I know who is getting married!

Gwenne is just the loveliest person, who puts you at total ease. She knows each dress inside out, and makes the whole experience magical! Would highly recommend shopping here to find your dream dress, you won't be disappointed!
