After a small issue with a replacement cassette, Gordon went above and beyond to get my entire gearing system working perfectly, changing out the cables and the derailleur, without charging me additional labour costs. My bike now shifts beautifully. I also appreciate that he also took the time to fix-up a few other tiny issues with missing screws and fixings that might have gone unnoticed - particularly after my previous experience with a different bike shop charging an arm and a leg to replace a small, generic bar-end cap! Their standard labour costs are also transparent and very reasonable

Its a great place to buy quality bicycles for any purpose, excellent prices, and lots of spare parts available, you never want to buy a brand new bicycle.
