        I had a flat tire cycling home from work in the morning and was incredibly tired, just arrived at the shop when they opened hoping to just drop my bike off and get it back another day, but Chris said it would be 5 min. He made me a cup of tea and fixed the tire before I could finish it. I also got a great deal out of it being an NHS employee. Thanks so much!! Highly recommend this bike shop, 3rd time there and I've never been disappointed

        Chris did a great job servicing my bike after an accident, also addressing several years' worth of wear and tear. He was clear about cost upfront and got the job done very promptly. Given the extent of the damage and number of parts that needed replacing, I was pretty happy with the price overall. I'm really happy with the results. Cheers Chris!
