I've had my bike serviced at gamma the last few years. Gav has also had to fix the results of a few incidents too. Overall, I'm very happy, and I highly recommend Gamma. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was a service last year took longer than expected, although I appreciate there were issues along the supply line for some components. One very positive experience came on November 2022, when I popped during lunchtime with a bent rear derraileur that left me with only three gears. I expected having to leave my bike there, for a couple of days, but Gav managed to straighten it on the spot, in no time. That mech is still going strong. As an unrelated bonus, coffee is also really nice, which is appreciated after a long ride.

Had an issue with my rear derailleur for my DI2, phoned in on Thursday and Gavin very kindly said to just bring it in when I was next nearby. I was fortunate in that the repair was a fast one which Gavin was able to repair immediately when I dropped the bike off. Gavin has great product knowledge and after asking him about various upgrades on my bike. He gave fair and accurate advice without attempting to lose me with technical information! Genuinely nice guy and clearly an expert in his craft!
