Put my bike into granton road shop later to find that this was closed down due to sacking of the staff collected my bike from the big shop on Crewe road to be told its fixed and double checked this was by Neil the owner paid 105 and my bike is the same as it was when it went in very poor attitude and service world not recommended or use again also came out with a buckle on the back wheel gears still slipping and jumping even though this had been checked twice bike needs a new cassettewhy wasnt this checked

Not good. In fact terrible. I tried to book to see ebikes but no one answered the phone on several occasions. So I booked on line. Success. Then I received an email confirmation. The day before the appointment I got a text confirmation. Feeling uncertain I phoned to reconfirm. No reply. When I turned up for the appointment the shop was shut but after ringing the bell Neil opened the door but was unwilling to show me any bikes. He claimed my appointment had been cancelled by email. It hadnt. He was astonishingly ungracious in his apologies. Maybe he was having a bad day. What a shambles. I had cycled across town to support a local bike shop but never again. Happily we have two very good local bike shops near us where the staff are considerably more accommodating - Alpine Bikes and the Cycle Coop.

Very disappointing service.Called to book a service for my e bike told to bring my bike in at an agreed time and date.On arrival was told could not deal with me as had customers? I said I would wait.Customers where looking to test drive and only took 10 minutes to arrange.They way I was spoken was embarrassing!..Telling me and customers in the shop I did not explain the service required.Untrue as was given a quote.When customers left i rightly said why did he speak to me that way in front of customers.He told me to get my bike serviced elsewhere and told me to leave the shop!..He could not deal with this at this time of the morning and I had to leave before he said something he would regret.My advice to anyone is not to buy an e bike from this company.Sales over service is clearly showing here ..
