Alex was incredibly helpful and friendly -kudos to Alex!!
The process was really simple, go in, try a few beds, order one, get it delivered and have it setup.
Alex made the whole process great and smooth, for example he encouraged us to try different types of beds and REALLY lie on them. He wasn't pushy and made the experience comfortable.
The bed itself is fantastic and we are more than happy with it
