Fantastic place to spend the weekend, cosy and nicely decorated. Lizzy and Gary have been really helpful and make you feel at home. 20 minutes walking to city center and close to jus stop with many buses going to the Royal Mile. Special mention is breakfast, you make your choice at night and you enjoy it freshly made and on time in the morning. I definitely will come again,!

Extraordinarily swell guesthouse, greeted by the charismatic Lizzie who was very informative & attentive. Adored the beautiful Victorian staircase which tailored well with the knick-knack assortments on the wall including James Bond, Sherlock Holmes & Herbert Johnson articles. The fry-upwas heavenly, exquisitely fresh produce bursting with flavour, the sausage was full of lip-smacking, fatty luxuriousness. Top quality fare that equips ones body for an enchanting days adventure around Edinburgh!
