        Sunday 12/02/23 evening time, I shopped at this bodyshop store and the staff member (sorry didnt catch her name) was fantastic. Very attentive, not pushy, friendly, let me take some samples as I couldnt decide on a specific product. Couldnt fault her customer service. Bodyshop please do bring back the Matt clay foundation range though.

        Awful customer service! The manager was dismissive and vindictive because we brought unused products to exchange for another. She made derogatory comments about us not knowing what we wanted to buy. She frowned, seemed unhappy, and made us pay more for exchanging products of similar prices. No desire for customer retention, it's saddening.
