I'm done coming here; the barber didn't follow instructions, took my hairline inside, and it wasn't straight. I didn't order him to shave my beard, but he did, and when I urged him to stop, he pretended to straighten it, which was a lie. Please cease doing the most and only do what the consumer wants. I'm disappointed, and I'm not returning!
