I phoned to say I was on my way and literally 3 minutes late. The owner was really rude on the phone and refused to do my hair. She said she had taken someone from the street which is shocking as I phoned 5 minutes before my appointment time so she must have taken this person regardless of my having an appointment. She put the phone down on me. Really shocked and upset. UPDATE *** The reply from the salon below is totally untrue. I was told someone walked in and used my appointment. I was literally round the corner and dont see how 3 minutes off a 45 minutes appointment would affect the next person. Also the rudeness I was treated with is something Im really not used to. I am new to the area and most certainly wont be using this salon and I will be letting people know about the way I was treated.
