My experience with the Edinburgh Salon has been nothing short of fantastic. Darren the Edinburgh Salon manager and the entire team have been amazing from the get go, really sensitive and thoughtful. Darren in particular has been the most reassuring presence throughout. I had previously had a bad experience with a competitor of Lucinda Ellery and so was very sceptical during my initial meetings and follow up emails. Darren addressed my concerns and ensured I was fully informed about the process. I am delighted he was able to assuage my fears and I went ahead with the hair system. It has made such a difference to my state of mind and level of confidence. The entire team in Edinburgh deserve huge praise - they are so professional whilst also being warm and friendly. Hair loss is quite a distressing condition and it tends to weigh heavily as it's so apparent to the sufferer. The Edinburgh team somehow manage to unravel that and the appointments feel more like therapy sessions. It's undoubtedly the best money I have ever spent.

An excellent experience. I previously had a hair replacement system from a cheaper salon but after receiving poor service and care from there, I tried Lucinda Ellery. Well worth the extra money and now I wish I had gone there in the first place! Excellent service and friendly staff. I'm really pleased with my hair but also it was a pleasant experience having it fitted and styled as the staff were so good. Darren and Abby in particular were great.

Hi everyone, I want to express my gratitude to Lucinda Ellery Edinburgh. I love my trips to the salon , everyone makes me feel so welcome and relaxed. I have such a laugh with everybody . The experience of getting my system done was an education. It was the best decision Ive ever made ! The best money I have ever spent ! The confidence it has given me is second to none . The experience of getting ready to go out and not have your hair flop is amazing. I just love the different styles I can have that I could never have before , so if your wondering about the System go for it , it will change you life for the better and the best money you have ever spent! I am so thankful that there are such caring and dedicated professionals like the team at Lucinda Ellery Edinburgh. My confidence was very low and I was so sad about losing my hair but now thanks to their skill and hair system I feel that I have my life back. Nothing is too much trouble and they are all very mindful of how hair loss can affect you and you are treated in a respectful and dignified way. My hair now looks great and I have had many compliments from those who know what Ive had done and those who dont. It is not a cheap option, but it has been worth every penny for my self esteem.
