The staff are all really friendly, and Anistasiia was excellent my nails are beautiful , highly recommended

Booked an eyelash extension for my partner, After coming home from the treatment a hour or so later my partner started to mention about pain from the eye , As this had not cleared up by the following day and the pain getting worse we went to the optician and was told that both eyes had abrasions on the cornea which was caused by how the lashes where places , This has resulted in 2 different eye drops being prescribed to help with the recovery and an antibiotic being given as a preventative measure encase of infections as it would be to early to see if there was any signs of infection at that time . When i called to explain this to the manager at the store and to make them aware this was a problem I was greeted with an aggressive tone and told this was 100% my partners fault and it must have been something she done that caused this even after mentioning the results of the appointment , The offer was made the remove the lashes for free and when i explained this could not be done due to work and travel times the manager dismissed everything that was said. The manager also mentioned patch testing that was done , However even thought my partner had patch testing done when she went for the appointment If you value your health or well being avoid this place , The staff don't care if there carelessness results in injuries and the management are happy to dismiss everything unless its praise
