I booked two appointments whit them via Treatwell. 2 hours before the first one (it was a shellac removal) I received a phone call from them. She asked me If my nails had the Shellac brand. If so, she can remove, otherwise not. The brand on my nails was not Shellac, so first appointment cancelled (just 2 hours before.) The second one was for foot massage and she said something like "we're happy to proceed with that". I asked if I could replace the shellac removal with something else, she said she would call me back, so, phone call finished. 5/10 minutes later I received the notification from Treatwell that both of my appointments had been cancelled. Not the best of professionalism for me! EDIT: To make it clearer, cancelling an appointment because you only know how to handle a single brand is ok and acceptable as you made it clear on the website, ok. But the core problem here is the lack of respect in just realising you had to check that with the client just 2 hours before the appointment, and the lack of respect in cancelling *everything* including the other treatment that had nothing to do with nails without explanation again at the last minute (after a false promise on the phone). Cancelling an appointment is ok but this lack of respect is not. Appreciate your concern for your business reputation, but the concern should start in how you treat your customers. All the best
