Illegally charged my card using my stored card information and when I emailed to raise issue with it got a very rude response from the owner. They processed the refund and admitted that the card shouldnt have been charged but didnt apologize and was incredibly rude. Shame because I was a returning customer and my therapist was lovely but unfortunately the owner is not Update: after responding to their email politely they managed to track down my professional Instagram account and attempted to use it to harass me. Cannot stress how unprofessional this is. Steer clear.

Went to Octangle today for a lip filler appointment with their aesthetician Lana Masson. It was my first time having filler so I was pretty nervous. Lana was great, talked me through the process during the initial consultation and while she was doing everything which was reassuring. Little bit stingy (which is to be expected) but I'm really happy with the results. It's a little swollen but has really enhanced the natural shape of my lips whilst giving them a fuller look which is exactly what I wanted. I'm really pleased with my new looks and Lana was great would definitely recommend her for this treatment and will definitely be going back for future top ups!
