Hello, my review is not about the products that the company offers, but about their work in the workshop in Prestonpans. I worked for the company for two weeks and a bit. The work is not hard, except that you are a bit of a porter because there are no men, only women, and we lift heavy boxes of 20 kg each For two weeks, I prayed that you would give me a contract, but I never received any promises every day. Subsequently, I found out from my colleagues that many people were not given contracts, and some did not have them for years. It so happened that within these two weeks I was late a total of three times but not through my fault but because of the irregular buses here which everyone knows. The delays were in the order of 20 min, 10 min and finally five. Five minutes for which at the end of my long working day of almost nine hours they said I was fired because of those five minutes. I was slightly shocked. No attitude from the employers. Before me, they fired a woman who worked for the company for three years, a good worker. they don't exist. Yes, the products, let me tell you, are not made properly, they mix old products that melt and mix with the new ingredients, after which the luxury hand creams in question did not look very good, but nevertheless we packaged them for sale. If you are looking for a job My personal advice from what I've seen is don't screw yourself up, you'll regret it. Have a nice day!!

I have ordered from them four times. The first two orders came in a timely fashion. The third time ordered, I never even got acknowledgement of the order, but disputed and immediately got the money returned. The fourth time I ordered, I got about half of what I ordered. I have tried to communicate with them, but gotten no response. I guess I will have to dispute this order also. I will not be trying again. I like the products, but it does me no good when I can't receive what I order.

Poor aftersales service and response to complaint. Products not as described...be wary of buying from this poorly run company. Disappointed to say in the least. .maybe ask someone to pay them a visit to see if there are real people working here !!

I love their products. Yes, they are tacky on the skin for a few minutes, but they do absorb and work very well on my extremely dry skin. You need to work with the hand cream bar to warm it up. But it can be used all over. I like that from it.
