        Food was terrible, bland with no seasoning. Presentation was disgraceful! Had to send back my main course. Had to ask for cutlery for the main course. Should have really sent my starter back as well. Massively Over priced for the quality! Then they had the cheak to add a 12.5% service charge. One good point was the restaurant manager, was professional and gave my partner a glass of wine on the house. Though I must say I went away overcharged and hungry. Parking: Hotel has plenty of parking, hotel really not great anymore. The decor hasn't changed in 20 years!

        Food is good, but quite pricey, prepare yourself for a large bill that is for the most part not warranted. Service charge even when ordering from the bar menu, at the bar! Service was slow and inexperienced, but it was Christmas and it felt like the staff were all new to their roles. Someone please train them!
