        Dreadful place incompetent staff. I closed my account and moved to another bank. Could not give it no stars.

        This is the only HSBC branch in Edinburgh - they are shut Sunday and only open until 1pm on Saturday. If you're going to shut branches, the operating hours of the remaining ones need to be increased. Being primarily open 9-5 Monday-Friday is pointless as most people are at work.
