        The worst of all is I downloaded my app set up my password, but as re-login they kept telling me something is wrong.

        I have been into virgin money 5 times to try and resolve an issue - the same issue I cannot pay by card over internet. I also phoned help desk. Al in all I have spent approximately 10 hours. To no avail.
