        Made an appointment over phone call, confirmed the document I need to open an account, but then denied that during appointment. Unprofessional and no customer services, based on my observation on how they treat other people in the lobby that day, they do not want any current or potential customers. I thought HSBCs services is poor enough, but this bank just lower the limits.

        I was advised to go in first thing in the morning, which I did. I was seen immediately. My transaction was dealt with swiftly and efficiently. They made an attempt to sell me insurance but took a "no" gracefully.
