Went in without ID to order statements for my account and the woman completely dismissed me and told me theres nothing they can do I explained I could show my online banking and answer security questions but she told me no. Leaving me in a panic as I need my statements for my tax return. I have lost my ID and would be looking at a long wait on it arriving. I Then went into the leith kirkgate branch and they where able to check my security questions and online banking. They ordered my statements in minutes with no problem at all. Seemed the woman at St. Johns road was just on a power trip or likes telling people no lol.
