        It took a bit of time to get served in this branch but when I did eventually get served the lady was very polite and very helpful in helping me with my account and my problem that I had.

        This branch is sooo Im honestly bored of the interior in most bank of Scotland and it doesnt help when the staff are also draining aswell. Since when was it any of their business what deposits and withdrawals are for ?? Bad vibes in this one

        Pushy staff, I didnt give me time to count my deposit amount. Seems annoyed. No customer service knowledge.

        Today Ive been at this Branch and I had few issues related to my Personal & Business account and all staff was so helpful especially Holly (Branch Manager) and Derrick was incredibly helpful thanks to both of you guys!
