Completely useless for business banking. No help, just tell you to call their 0800 number that takes an age to answer.

Absolute disgrace only 1 bank in the whole of the capital city and can't even deposit cash! Plus hours are now limited so suits at 3pm! It's just a pure joke

Rude women on cash desk, went in with intention of using the machines you can do it yourself, I was unable to do that as money was not straight enough. Went to the desk and went to rude women apologised for it being a bit of a mess as I had to stuff it back in envelope quickly as bank was busy and felt uncomfortable having to put it way. So as I said sorry she mumbled under her breath Jesus. So scowling as she had to count it heaven forbid she had to do her job. Asked me how much was there I said I already told you already and the amount again. Guess she never heard through all the mumbling. Not professional at all and I am extremely annoyed by this women. Maybe work through the back somewhere clearly face to face with customers isnt her strong suit.

Used to be really good, but now the wait time is often 30min+, overshadowing really good quality of service. You need more staff, and branches
