This issue was sorted out very quickly to my satisfaction. Good Response. The value of my Retirement Account, after decades of saving, suddenly showed a figure of zero when I looked at the account on line. I have requested help from the Retirement team and I have also sent an INMAIL to Emma Watkins , and Jennifer Hawkins, and Katie Starr.

Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! Any insurance you take up with Scottish Widows has an inbuilt price hicking mechanism called "random sampling", where they look at any new factors that can push up your premiums. You can't opt out either. They tell you you can and then they cancel your policy keeping all the premiums. Worse they tell you you will get a refund only if you share all your personal data like your full NHS records...so you want my data to cancel my policy and refund?! Well dodgy! Who knows how they are selling it. Reported to the Financial Ombudsman.

Appalling service, impossible to even talk to anyone. Stop spending money on TV adds and start investing in your own people and customers. 10/10 would NEVER recommend

Horrendous company. I want to move my pension fund but this cannot be done on their website. So I sent 3 emails, spent hours trying to reach them. Nothing, absolutely nothing back from them. This is a pure scam.
