Well on Tuesday 1st March, things were unpleasant. Despite being 12:40pm, the lady in the shop was very abrupt and impatient. "JUST THE ONE"?
Then as soon as the door closed, the shutters were down. Closed at 12:40?
Just a cold pie in a paper bag. I had one bite then put it back in the bag.
What a waste of money! If I wanted a cold pie, I could have went to a supermarket.
Anyone reading this should go elsewhere, as they obviously don't cater for lunchtime business.
I was kicking myself for driving past Bain & Son at Stenhouse. I'll always support home bakers - but not this one.
