        I really valued having the two floors of historic and modern portraits to explore. Had a lovely visit and enjoyed the creativity in show. Cafe was also a good visit! Would recommend. Visit takes about 1-2hrs.

        Grandchildren and myself went to the Portrait Gallery Queens St.Edinburgh...wonderful place to visit...a lovely cafe...but the downside is the cafe is extremely expensive...I had a pot of tea...shared a shortbread biscuit....and a bag vegetable crisps.11...on the upside...tap water available...help yourself. This place is well worth a visit.Val Clapton
