I called in store and Janet assessed the situation and had me come in.
A very warm welcome at the store and when I showed her the mug, she instantly knew what had to be done.
I left the mug with her one day and came back the next to pick up a fixed one just as I wanted. The quality of work was excellent and as it was a small task for her, the price couldn't have been better.

I agree with the previous review , please amend your website if you are going to close the shop for the day.
Very disappointed as it was a long distance to walk and waste of time .
