        I had a very disapointing experiance with DDS which resulted in having to scrap all our plans and restart with another architect. 14K wasted which has been a painfull lesson. The team seemed more interested in delivering what they thought we wanted rather than lsitening to what we actually wanted. Qhat we ended up with was a gold plated desing that involved lots of billiable hours and ended up so far over budget that we could not proceed. 1 year of planning wasted. Correspondance was also difficult at times. Not a postive experiance in any way. This is not a place where the customer comes first. Lesson well learned.

        I would highly recommend DDS Architecture to anyone considering having renovations done. Ross and his team were very professional and friendly. Unfortunately our plans had to be delayed whilst under covid restrictions but they communicated with us well throughout all of this and were prompt to response as soon as things were moving again. They were extremely supportive throughout the whole process and kept us fully informed of how things were progressing. We will be using them again for any future work we need carried out.
