Taylored Trees

We needed all the trees and bushes in our garden cut back and Taylored Trees were recommended by a friend. Angus and his team were very professional, reliable and friendly throughout, listened to what I wanted, did a great job making sure everything was nicely shaped, and cleaned up after themselves. And all for a very fair price.

Had our tree in our back garden removed this week, great job as was a very confined space, i even got a call to see if I wanted the ugly stump carved into a chair, looks great and very happy! 5

I have used the services of Taylored Trees on 3 separate occasions at my home. The most recent job was the removal of a large dead standing Beech tree, which was a major concern due to its proximity to my garage. After contacting the local authority to confirm the tree was not protected by a Tree Protection Order, Angus and his team attended to carry out works within 14 days. The tree was climbed, dismantled and all branches and twigs were chipped and removed from site. They even removed the sawdust which was created by cutting up the trunk. I arranged for the timber to be left behind for my use and Angus ensured that it was left in a neat stack for me to deal with at my leisure. Angus skill in removing this tree, which was dangerously overhanging my property was really impressive. He dismantled it piece by piece lowering it safely to the ground by ropes, where his team were waiting to saw it up and chip branches. No job is too big or small for these guys. They have the skills and specialist equipment to deal with even the most complicated jobs. Taylored Trees are reliable, professional, highly skilled, competitively priced, clean, tidy and I cant recommend them highly enough. Angus knowledge of diseases that affect trees mean he is always able to advise on the best course of action, which does not always result in removal. He has a real affinity with trees and wildlife that rely on them. He has also advised us on re-planting and supplied and planted young saplings for us. Need trees looked at? Angus and his team were very professional. Did an excellent job removing a large badly pollarded sycamore. Extremely efficient and knowledgeable. Team were very polite, friendly and tidy. Competitive price. Highly recommend.

These guys were doing some tree work on our street. Reduced two beautiful and healthy sycamores to stumps in two days. I asked why they were being removed but they were just rude in replying saying the trees were old and ugly (?) and were damaging the wall ( no wall damage visible). Claimed they were being replaced with more ecologically sound and diverse species eg copper beech - which isnt even a british native tree - assumed a tree surgeon would know that. They seemed to find the whole thing amusing. Rude and unpleasant just interested in the cash I guess - I would avoid using.
