Poor customer service, I had one of the fans on my Samsung dual oven replaced, later realised that the second fan was now intermittently buzzing loudly (it had never done this before). I asked them to come out and check on the cause of the noise, seemed likely it could have been something a bit loose when the oven was taken apart and put back together. Engineer that came out couldn't place the source of the noise, so took the back off, double checked that everything had been put back together correctly and buzzing seems to have stopped now - fantastic. The problem was that he then tried to charge me an extra call out charge for coming out to fix what appears to have been their problem, apparently I'm blacklisted now for not agreeing to pay, customer service at its finest... Edit following company response: Wow, perhaps customer service should consider a career writing fiction! I advised them that I noticed the intermittent buzzing the *first time* that the second oven was used but this was a week or so after the repair (plus I was never emailed asking to check appliance as they claim). This then happened every further time I used it and I have videos to prove it which I shared with the engineer. I *did not* agree to paying for something that was likely the fault of the company (why on earth would anyone, relisten to your recording). The engineer *did* witness the buzzing which was intermittent i.e. does not occur immediately/all the time. Again, this loud buzzing had never occured before the initial repair was carried out.

Very efficient easy-to-use booking and appointment tracking system, online and messaging. Engineer Paul was on time, competent and thoroughly professional. They were able to source a part with a few days and return to fix a tumble dryer. Very reasonable pricing. Highly recommended, top class company. I shall be calling them first for any future appliance problems. Service: Washer/dryer repair
