Agata has been excellent, helping me settle into my new flat. She has helped with all of those requests that come up when you move. The apartments are lovely with great views and location. The stairwell and communism areas are always clean thanks to the amazing cleaners and Stevie is always on hand to fix or install anything that is required in the flat. Very pleased with the service!

I recently rented this flat and I have to say, it's absolutely amazing! The location is perfect - right in the heart of the city, with easy access to all the best restaurants, shops, and attractions. The flat itself is beautifully designed and decorated, with high-quality furnishings and all the amenities you could ask for. Special thanks to the manager, Agata, who is incredibly helpful, friendly, and responsive. Overall, I would highly recommend this flat to anyone looking for a luxurious and convenient place to stay in Edinburgh. It's truly one of the best flats I've ever rented.

Noisy community, party until 3 am. No one can move out with the deposit fully refunded, the agency recognizes any housing issue as tenants damage, even the cleaning fee is up to 500.

Beautiful, quiet apartment location. The resident manager, Agata is very responsive, and wonderfully professional and helpful. With any issues from maintenance to the move out process, Agata would get back quickly.
