Online shop does not provide tracking info on orders unless you download a third party app. I shouldn't have to work this hard to find out where my parcel is EDIT: I can't see how to message you on this. My order was placed on Monday, the email told me to download the shop app to see tracking, I got onto it and it says it isn't shipped yet. This is the second time ordering from your website and it took 2 weeks to arrive last time which I hoped was a fluke but now it seems is a pattern.

Pearl did cupping and a little bit of acupuncture with me. She was fabulous. Would definitely recommend it to anyone thinking about trying it out. Nothing negative to say at all, she was brilliant and very respectful, great communication. - This was in the clinic section

The business is great and I love all their products. It's amazing to still have herbalists in town and people that have lots of knowledge about herbal remedies. However, for the first time I have been a bit disappointed in customer service. I purchased a cream, brought it back less than an hour later, ASAP, as it made my hands and face go red and whilst it wasn't itchy, still I was not going to keep it. They refused me a refund -which if it's not store policy I can understand- and simply said they'll get back in touch and took my receipt also. This was almost 2 weeks ago... Still nothing. I'm a working class student and I can't waste my money like this, so I wasn't impressed. I will still shop at Napiers but more carefully I guess...

been using Neal's Yard frankincense face cream but recently bought some here... both smell lovely and feel nourishing but not overly greasy
