        I have found Val and her team to be a real source of knowledge and inspiration at a time when business owners needed guiding through a tough time (covid-19) Also as a leader, Val stepped up and offered the community yoga zoom sessions which says a lot about her character. Although I'm not a direct client of Beyond The Numbers I can definitely recommend Val and her team as a business based on leadership and character and how they showed up when needed.
