I am extremely disappointed and angry with the unprofessional service I received. I had requested a headliner retrim and was promised a high-quality job. However, upon receiving my headliner back, I found that the trims were snapped and the headliner material was not fitted properly. They blamed the material, which was one that I had selected from their catalogue. To make matters worse, the A and B pillars also came back with snapped trims and glue all over them. The excessive amount of glue applied had seeped through in many places, leaving unsightly marks. They were unable to properly glue it down, resulting in creases and sagging around the edges. This was unacceptable, especially after waiting 10 weeks for the job to be completed. Despite acknowledging their mistakes, they refused to pay for the snapped trims, and simply returned the headliner without asking for payment. I cannot recommend their services to anyone, as they clearly lack the qualifications to carry out the advertised services. Potential customers should beware and seek out a more professionalh and reliable upholsterers.
