        Every time I go my prescription is not ready or they don't have it in. It's supposed to be because its on a 2 monthly repeat. I had new prescription today. It was personal. I was glad I was only one in the shop because otherwise everyone would've known I was there for some intimate treatment and HRT. Can the staff not keep there voice down and be discreet? As it was, it wasn't in, I have to go back tomorrow.Hopefully will be in then. Main concern is confidentiality though. I wad dead embarrassed.
