        Worst Builder and after care customer service. Customer care team don't know what they doing closed all the issues without resolving them because they had a back log and asked to raise it again. 2 years in the house and issues hasn't been resolved. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DONT BUY THE HOUSE FROM TAYLOR WIMPEY.

        Customer service is just appalling. And dont even dare have a grievance with customer services because then they will ignore your emails and requests for snagging from a year ago. They will do it when and how they see fit and blame Covid even though you were first one to move into the new estate. It literally took them nearly a year to sort water coming in my front door and Im 100% sure this is because I dared to have an issue with Lynsey the customer relations manager. How dare I have an opinion on the poor quality customer service you provided me. Then they pretend they tried to get in touch with you and they didnt. Sales staff are fantastic though, Elaine does everything she can to help and accommodate you into your new home. The house is beautiful (some issues but I hope they are all resolved in the near future) and the estate has so much potential and I am looking forward to watching it grow. BUT customer service is just appalling and it has soured the experience completely. Please just finish my snagging so I dont need to speak to you guys again. Thanks
