Elaine (TW sales rep) from the Castle Gate TW office was fantastic in sorting out the reservation and sales process (10/10). New House-> Completed on the 01st April 2023 Review date--> 29/04/2023 Unfortunately, when I received the house keys, I was shocked by the state of the house: many defects and missing items. The subfloor has lots of cracks, and cement is coming off (very loose). I brought two flooring contractors to inspect the house for Amitco flooring. Both contractors have refused to work on the house as they were concerned that because of the elevated cracks and loose cement, they could not put Amtico flooring on top of this as it would bulge and become loose due to unstable subfloor cement. I contacted TW (Lynsey and David-Site manager) multiple times, but they are refusing to repair this and stating they are not liable for it. Unfortunately, I had to take this to my solicitor and NHSBC standards to report these structural defects and start a legal process against TW.

I've seen the showhomes here and they're really amazing! It's a very nice place to walk around, there are also friendly staff.
