The best service I've had from an online store in a very long time. Highly recommended! Update. The service just got even better ....had an issue with one of my purchases and it was sorted it in minutes after one email.....outstanding!

Oli is absolutely an amazing individual with which to work! I cannot say enough good things about him. He is all about customer service. Anytime something has went wrong with one of my grenades, he is always ready to help me get it working again! This is my go-to place to get my sound airsoft grenades!

for my first time doing airsoft I was definitely very nervous and thought I would be dominated by the more highly geared players ( which I did in some aspects haha ) but even then I had a fun time and everyone was really friendly. would highly recommend coming here.

In short, I would highly recommend this shop for its superb level of customer service. Anyone with a TM gbb will know mags can be a nightmare to track down. Id originally ordered some from another company, in good time to get them before I next went to a skirmish. Upon chasing them I was told that they hadnt processed my order properly and they were now out of stock! Panic sets in as I scramble to scour the internet for somewhere else with some left in stock. This was how I found Fife Wargames, as they were the last place in the UK showing that they may have some. A series of quick fire emails back and forth in the morning of Thursday, it turned out they only had one left However, the person I was speaking with, called Oli, offered me some mags hed put to the side for his own rifle, what a sound guy I must say. I cant say Id have been that generous if Im truthful. Next hurdle was the fact that royal mail were on strike which would mean my mags wouldnt arrive in time for my Sunday game. Oli went out of his way to send via a separate next day service to ensure i got them on time, which I did. I received them the next morning, on the Friday, and was able to have a day out enjoying my new rifle on the Sunday. Thanks again Oli.
