Elite Audio are more than just a great seller and I will explain why I can't recommend this business enough and why you shouldn't hesitate to purchase your next piece of audio equipment from them. My experience was through eBay where I purchased a preowned set of speakers that I have always wanted to own. Everything was very easy with the purchase and they arrived as promised nicely boxed and palleted. Unfortunately while listening to some music I could tell there was some vibration with one of the panels and I informed Elite Audio of this. Without hesitation they spoke to PMC regarding a repair and arranged to have my speakers collected and sent for testing and repair. PMC had reported back both panels could do with replacing and Elite Audio gave the go ahead to have both replaced at a cost to them. This was explained to me that they were honouring the warranty given at the time of purchase and they kept me informed every step of the way right up to be delivered back to me. This is rare to see, a lot of companies are your best friend when selling you something but when aftersales is involved it really shows the quality of a business when they remain your best friend to sort out any issues and at a cost to them. I now have my speakers back and they are perfect, I couldn't be happier. I want to say a massive thank you to the Elite Audio team, the members I spoke with regularly, Martyn, Barry, and Andrew. Thanks again guys, you're the best.

My experience with Elite Audio was through ebay (EliteAudioLtd), where I bought a Naim DAC V1 from them. I'd been after one for a while (they're no longer in production) and the right one came up, with a guarantee offered. Unfortunately after a couple of weeks the unit developed a fault, and I got in touch with Elite Audio, who were brilliant. They quickly arranged for the unit to be collected and sent it for repair, and then got it back to me quickly when it was fixed. I'd have no issue dealing with these guys again, their aftersales care was great.
