It is a lovely cottage. Visited with my wife and 2 children. The rooms are great, the children were downstairs and had loads of space. The living room was well set out, a really nic holiday feel. Fabulous kitchen, all the facilities you need. The downstairs shower room more than adequate. Upstairs is a fantastic double room and the ensuite bathroom is perfect. A bath with a view. Book it, live it, you'll love it :-)

Adorable little cottage. Very clean and had everything we needed, really appreciated the milk in the fridge! The beds were comfy and the heaters worked well, it was really cosy to come back to after a day outside in the Scottish weather. It's a great base for exploring the Fife coast, less than 10 mins to Crail and 20 to St Andrew's with its glittery sand. A few things I'd point out for those thinking of staying, if your group includes people who are sensitive to noise when sleeping, it's an old building and there are wooden floors and creaky doors/stairs, plus the church bells ringing on the hour until 11pm. There also isn't a toilet upstairs so it's a bit of a night time adventure if you have to go, though the double room is upstairs so those staying in the downstairs twin have it easier. And that's the other thing to mention, parents may not be cool with the twin room being directly off the lounge, it was a struggle to keep our 6yo in his room at bedtime, especially as the traditional cottage latch style doors don't offer any sound insulation at all.
