Bibi's Little Baking School

We had a really enjoyable day on the basic breads course. Fiona was really encouraging and good at giving advice and instruction. We are keen to try out our new found skill, once we have eaten our way through the copious quantities of bread we made on the day. I'd recommend it to anyone wanting to learn to make your own bread.

Fantastic Pie making course today! Learnt lots in a fantastic setting from a great teacher. We made so many pies that all the family enjoyed. Can't wait to do another course, totally recommend. They do lots of interesting courses, also private classes/courses & children's parties too. Fantastic!

I bought my Wife a voucher for christmas for a baking bread course. What an investment! The bakeoff got her interested and now she loves baking now and said the class was excellent as well as being a lot of fun. For just 125 I am now getting freshly baked bread at least once a week. Selfish...perhaps...wonderful...definitely!

Great day on bread making course. Learnt lots of different types of breads and different skills. Hint and tips were great as we went along and the take hold folder is great incase you're a little forgetful. A fun day of hard work kneading with a wonderful lunch. Took home loads to try and a new confidence. Thanks again

Just had a day at Bibis making sough dough bread. Was excellent value and Fiona is very knowledgeable. Was also really good fun. Would thoroughly recommend
