Terrible experience from beginning to end! Wasn't given my tea when I ordered, which apparently is what they do. When I received my food and no tea I went back to ask for it. They were put out saying they always give it when the food is ordered..... uh sorry that's not what happened. My flight was called and I went to ask for a take-away cup. WELL all the excuses from I didn't need one to it's not allowed when checking in. Of course you can have a drink when you're checking in and walking around the airport. I pointed out other people had them and then I waited and didn't move. Finally they caved and gave me a take-away cup. Very frustrating and I really don't understand what the issue was even now.
